Member of the Quebec Bar since 2006, Me Hamouda has joined the business and corporate law sector at Prévost Fortin D’Aoust in May 2021. Before joining the firm, Me Hamouda practiced in these same areas within litigation companies and for a large notary firm on the North Shore of Montreal.

Her practice is primarily focused on business mergers and acquisitions, tax reorganizations, business restructurings, tax planning, sale transactions, business liquidation and dissolution, asset transfers and fundraising. She also deals with the incorporation of companies and non-profit organizations.

Me Hamouda also offers her clients an analysis and drafting service for all types of contracts relating to the operation of a business, such as shareholder agreements, commercial leases, rolling contracts, offers to purchase, letters of intent, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants.

During her practice, Me Hamouda acted on behalf of a diverse customer base working in various sectors, such as the retail trade, the manufacturing sectors, the construction sector and the artistic and cultural sector.
