Caroline Sauro holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal.
Before joining the team at PFD Avocats in November 2023, Ms. Sauro practiced within municipal public agencies as well as in a private firm.
Ms. Sauro represents municipalities, cities, and Regional County Municipalities (MRCs) before the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, and the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec.
In the course of her practice in municipal law, Ms. Sauro is particularly involved in cases involving expropriation, non-compliance with municipal regulations, contractual management, as well as civil liability matters against municipalities, cities, and MRCs.
Ms. Sauro also drafts contractual agreements and legal opinions.
Ms. Sauro is the Vice President of the l’Association du jeune Barreau de Laval. She has been actively involved in this association for three years, during which she has also served as an administrator and treasurer.
Within the AJBL, Ms. Sauro participates in various committees, including the startup law firm grant committee, the Christmas cocktail committee, and the social activities and fundraising committee.
