Professional informations

Alexandre Lebeau is a graduate of McGill University, where he obtained a Bachelor Degree in
civil law and common law in 2001. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2002.

Mr. Lebeau has practiced commercial litigation for many years, representing clients before trial
and appellate courts, as well as before arbitration tribunals. He has also acted as counsel for
secured creditors in bankruptcy cases and in the realization of their security interests. Building
on this experience, he then focused his practice on corporate and transactional business law, a
sector in which he has developed in-depth knowledge and solid experience. Today, he acts as
senior strategic advisor on major mandates for executives of medium and large companies, as
well as of Quebec and Canadian institutions. Strategic, pragmatic and creative, Mr. Lebeau
particularly excels in matters requiring a proper assessment of commercial and financial risks
and their measured and proportionate management.

Social involvement

Mr. Lebeau is actively involved in the Club d’affaires des Laurentides. In this capacity, he has served as the president of the Laurentians Business Club, a significant business network in the region, where he has been an active member for many years. After serving as a board member and vice-president of the Contemporary Art Museum Foundation of the Laurentians for several years, he is now a board member of the Fondation du Cégep de Saint-Jérôme. Mr. Lebeau has also served for several years on the committee supporting startup entrepreneurs at the Rivière du Nord Local Development Center.
