Véronique Drainville began her career as a business and corporate law paralegal in a Montréal firm in 2002 and joined Prévost Fortin D’Aoust in 2014.
She takes part in corporate due diligence reviews and writes and works to establish corporate documents to complete transactions and reorganizations. She also drafts the corporate documentation required in mergers, liquidations, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, statute amendments and the creation of new entities and their annual maintenance.
