Simon Pelletier

Me Simon Pelletier joined the PFD Lawyers team following his internship in Legal Affairs at the Laurentides Integrated Health and Social Services Center during which he pleaded daily before the courts. Holder of a law degree from the University of Quebec in Montreal (LL.B.) and a major in political science and international relations, he now practices in our construction law team at our Boisbriand office.

Me Pelletier advises and represents stakeholders in the field of construction, in particular general contractors and subcontractors, but also owners in cases of latent defects and poor workmanship. He is also called upon to work on legal construction hypothecs, debt collection, claims for additional costs incurred and many others.

With more than ten years of experience in customer service and catering, Me Pelletier knows how to identify the essential issues of a problem and respond to them with thoughtful solutions adapted to your needs. It is with flexibility and proactivity that he ensures the smooth running of your files.
