Sébastien Théorêt

Sébastien Théorêt graduated from Université de Montréal in 2003 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). In 2004, he obtained a Diplôme d’étude notariale (D.D.N.) from the same university. He was finally sworn in by the Chambre des notaires du Québec in early 2005. Since being sworn in, Mr. Théorêt has practiced in Mirabel with the firm Lefebvre Lefebvre Théorêt Notaires..

With a focus on real estate law (financing, sales, etc.), Mr. Théorêt also assists his clients at various stages of their personal and professional lives, advising and assisting them in the drafting of wills, mandates, powers of attorney, etc.

Ms. Théorêt is particularly noted for her ability to identify her clients’ needs and to effectively communicate and synthesise the various steps and information required to complete the projects entrusted to her.
