Ms. Sarah-Mélanie joined the firm in 2025 as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As a member of the Executive Committee, she sits on various firm committees and combines the roles of executive manager and strategic leader. She has held a variety of management positions with companies in the Montreal area and across Canada for more than 20 years. She ensures the firm’s sound management, financial performance, and overall sustainability on a day-to-day basis, working with the partners and administrative team. She also oversees the progress and efficiency of the firm’s various strategic projects.
