Philippe Michaud-Simard holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

Mr. Michaud-Simard joined the team at PFD Avocats in November 2023 as a civil and commercial litigation lawyer.

He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2021 and the Law Society of Ontario in 2018, following his clerkship with judges Rouleau, Lauwers, Roberts, and Van Rensburg of the Ontario Court of Appeal.
