Nancy Perrault

Nancy Perrault has obtained a college degree in paralegal technology since 1994 at the Collège Ahuntsic and a business law certificate at the University of Montreal in 2002.

Nancy Perrault has been working in the field of business law since 1994. She joined Prévost Fortin D’Aoust in 2006. She mainly assists Me Martin Laurendeau in the implementation of his corporate strategies. Namely, she prepares and drafts various corporate documents relating to all facets of corporate law.

She performs various research, sees to the creation of legal entities, performs due diligence on various corporations, performs corporate and fiscal reorganizations and financial planning of groups of corporations. She also oversees the management of transactional files relating to the acquisition and sale of businesses. Nancy also coordinates the distribution of mandates within the team of corporate law technicians in Boisbriand.
