Mr. Mikaël Chaumont-Martin joined the Prévost Fortin d’Aoust team in 2025.
Mr. Chaumont-Martin completed a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in common law and transnational law at the University of Sherbrooke. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2017. Mr. Chaumont-Martin has acquired expertise in labor law over the past few years, working on litigation cases for an employers’ association in the construction sector, a health and social services institution, and a large company with operations throughout North America.
As part of his practice, Mr. Chaumont-Martin has regularly been called upon to represent and advise employers in a wide range of matters relating to labor standards, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, the interpretation of collective agreements, disciplinary and administrative measures and all other related issues.
