Martin Laurendeau

A partner at PFD since 2004, Martin Laurendeau focuses his practice on business law and serves clients primarily based in the Greater Montreal area and the Lower Laurentians. He specializes in M&A and mergers and acquisitions.

He holds a Master’s degree with honors in business law from the University of Paris XI – HEC Paris and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1996.

He participates annually in more than twenty domestic and international transactions of all sizes. He is a true specialist in the analysis, drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts related to the operation of a business. Mr. Laurendeau serves a diverse client base, ranging from SMEs with a few million dollars in revenue to those generating several hundred million, including public companies. His expertise has been leveraged in major transactions involving financial stakes in the hundreds of millions of dollars, in some cases involving the Competition Bureau.
