Martin Laurendeau

Holder of a master’s degree with honors in business law from the University of Paris XI – HEC Paris, he was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1996. Partner at PFD since 2004, he focuses his practice on business law and serves clients mainly based in the Greater Montreal area and the lower Laurentians. He participates annually in more than twenty national and international transactions of all sizes.

Me Laurendeau is a true specialist in the analysis, drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts relating to the operation of a business.

Me Laurendeau has a diversified customer base, from SMEs generating a few million in turnover to those generating several hundred millions, including public companies. His expertise has been put to good use in major transactions where the financial stakes numbered in the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars, sometimes involving the Competition Bureau.
