Me Marguerite Goulet is a lawyer in our business law group at our Boisbriand office. Her practice is mainly focused on the analysis, drafting and negotiation of various contracts to be entered into as part of the operation of a business, in addition to intervening in tax and corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions. .
Marguerite Goulet holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal (LL.B.) since 2019.
Social involvement
Me Goulet has been involved for several years in her community with young people. Her desire to allow each young person to develop his or her full potential led her to offer tutoring to students at the Cégep régional de Lanaudière. She continues in her momentum within the Fondation À deux pas de la Réussite, whose mission is “to improve the path of children attending primary schools in the Lanaudière region”. She currently sits on the Board of Directors as Secretary and Events Manager.
