Marcel Nadeau-Ouellette

Mr. Marcel Nadeau-Ouellette joined the Prévost Fortin D’Aoust team in 2025.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in communication, politics, and society from the same university. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020 after completing his internship at the Administrative Labor Tribunal.

Before joining PFD, Mr. Nadeau-Ouellette practiced exclusively in labor law for several years in the litigation department of a health and social services institution in the Montreal area. In this role, he represented clients before administrative tribunals and grievance arbitrators. His practice focuses on the following areas of law: individual and collective labor relations, as well as occupational health and safety.
