Lina Thibault joined the PFD Avocats team in March 2016 as a legal technician within the corporate law team at our Boisbriand offices. It was in April 2023 that she joined the corporate law team at our Saint-Jérôme offices.

She notably participates in conducting due diligence exercises for companies, drafting and implementing corporate documents related to closing sessions in the context of corporate transactions and reorganizations. She also prepares corporate documentation required for mergers, liquidations/dissolutions, statutory amendments, creation of new entities, and their annual maintenance. Her professional background has also expanded her expertise to real estate and banking law.
