Laurence Laroche graduated summa cum laude (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. She was named to the Dean’s Honour List in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement.

During her studies, she was part of the team that represented the University of Ottawa at the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Moot.

Called to the Québec Bar in 2015, Laurence has dedicated her practice to labour law. She joined Prévost Fortin D’Aoust in 2016.

Focusing her career on labour law has led Laurence to chiefly represent employers in labour relations and occupational health and safety matters. Her practice covers several aspects, specifically work-related injuries and illnesses, labour standards, the application and interpretation of collective agreements and disciplinary measures. She is also called upon to appear before the Tribunal administratif du travail in the occupational health and safety and labour relations divisions.
