Professional informations
Isabelle Thiffault joined the team of PFD Affaires in 2018. She focuses her practice on commercial, corporate and transactional law.
Since her early years at the Bar, she has been involved in the incorporation of companies, including professional corporations, as well as the preliminary and necessary steps with the various professional orders, asset and share transfer mandates, and corporate mergers and dissolutions. Since joining PFD Avocats, Ms. Thiffault has focused her practice on the analysis, drafting and negotiation of various corporate contracts, as well as tax and corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions of various sizes.
Social involvement
Ms. Thiffault has been involved in the Laval sports community for many years. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of FC LAVAL, which has been granted a national license by Soccer Canada. FC Laval’s mission is to help young people in Laval develop emotionally and socially so that they can reach their full athletic potential. The club also offers a socio-community program in collaboration with the Ville de Laval Police, as well as an adapted soccer program.
