France Beauchamp began her career as accounting technician for companies and now focuses her career as a business and corporate law paralegal. She joined Prévost Fortin D’Aoust in 2018.
She takes part in corporate due diligence reviews and writes and works to establish corporate documents to complete transactions and reorganizations. She also drafts the corporate documentation required in mergers, liquidations, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, statute amendments and the creation of new entities and their annual maintenance.
