Mtre Elizabeth Cullen focuses on litigation. She carries out mandates in administrative law, constitutional law, civil law, media law and construction law. She holds a particular interest for judicial review proceedings. Her practice covers all aspects of litigation, including the drafting of legal opinions and procedures as well as representation before common law courts and the Federal Court.
Mtre Cullen joined the Prévost Fortin D’Aoust team in 2017.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Montreal, a postgraduate certificate from the University of Kent in England and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University, Mtre Cullen was called to the Bar in 2016.
Member of the ABC-Québec Comité recherche et gestion du savoir (2022 to date).
