Professional informations

Me Cindy Benech joined the PFD Lawyers family in May 2021.

She practices within our civil and commercial litigation law team at our Mount Royal offices. Since her admission to the Bar in 2016, Cindy has been called upon to intervene in a wide variety of cases. She has successfully represented companies and individuals, both in claim and defense, before ordinary courts.

Cindy also pleaded in the Quebec Court of Appeal, complex questions related to the application of the Bills of Exchange Act (RSC (1985), c. B-4) and the Expropriation Act, chapter E -24.

Me Benech focuses her practice in commercial and real estate law with an interest in the construction industry. She regularly advises small and medium-sized businesses in the normal course of their activities, particularly during the drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts, collection procedures and injunctive relief.

Prior to her beginnings in Law School, Cindy studied banking, business administration and management. Her varied and atypical profile allows her to have a global and specific vision, which she transposes and adapts to the reality of each of her clients.
