Professional information

Cindy Benech practices primarily within the litigation group, with a focus on commercial, real estate and construction law. She represents both individuals and private-sector companies, including developers, property owners, investors, contractors, property managers and small and medium-sized enterprises.

In this capacity, she handles a wide range of cases, including matters involving contracts and commercial law, civil liability, shareholder disputes as well as real estate and condominium law. Her practice also extends to construction-related matters, including construction liens, claims for defects, delays in performance and non-compliance.

With a solid background in business law and administration, she acts as a true partner to her clients, supporting them at every stage of their projects and disputes, from strategic analysis to the implementation of pragmatic and effective solutions.
