Christophe Hamaoui

Christophe Hamaoui is a commercial law attorney at PFD Avocats. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including commercial leases. He advises a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses and investors on a wide variety of commercial transactions and matters.

Mr. Hamaoui is a graduate of the University of Montreal where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations.
