Alexandra Provost

Alexandra Provost has practiced civil and commercial litigation since her admission to the Quebec Bar in 2023.

As a trial attorney, she represents professionals, insurers, contractors, shareholders, businesses and various stakeholders in the construction industry before the civil courts of Quebec and Ontario. She advises clients in both French and English on effective strategies for managing disputes, including in anticipation of litigation.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of civil and commercial disputes including general civil liability, contractual disputes and breaches of contract, property damage, personal injury and product and manufacturer liability.
