Eliana Pappas practices primarily in banking and finance law at PFD Avocats.
Prior to joining the firm, she developed a practice focused on civil, commercial and real estate litigation, as well as transactional matters. She represented businesses and individuals in contractual, commercial and real estate disputes while also advising on various transactions and assisting with the resolution of complex disputes.
Ms. Pappas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Montreal and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from McGill University. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2024. Ms. Pappas advises and represents financial institutions, businesses and individuals in matters involving debt collection, financing, security interests and mortgage remedies.
