Mr. Leduc holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sherbrooke where he specialized in business law.
Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2025, he practices in a transactional law firm, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He also participates in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including commercial leases, shareholder agreements, bylaws, non-compete and confidentiality agreements as well as service and business contracts. He also handles cases involving regulatory compliance issues, particularly with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and the Autorité des marchés publics.
Mr. Leduc has participated in matters involving the automotive, video game, shopping center and construction sectors in the context of share and asset acquisition transactions.
He also holds several certifications issued by the Canadian Securities Institute, which attest to his interest in financial structures and economic issues related to commercial transactions.
