Mr. Comeau holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Brunswick. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2006. A partner at PFD since 2017, he focuses his practice on business law, serving a diverse clientele ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations.
Mr. Comeau specializes in the analysis, drafting and negotiation of contracts, in both French and English, and assists his clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses. He has been involved in a number of national and international transactions.
Social involvement
Pascal Comeau was president of the Saint-Jérôme Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2010-2011 and vice-president of the Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts Chamber of Commerce in 2016-2017. He served on the boards of directors of the Palliavie Foundation and Fiber Argenteuil.
