Professional informations
Elizabeth Cullen holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal. She also earned a postgraduate certificate from the University of Kent (England) and a bachelor’s in psychology from McGill University. She has focused her career on litigation and dispute resolution.
Elizabeth was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2016 after articling as a member of the civil law team of the Attorney General of Canada. She joined Prévost Fortin D’Aoust in 2017.
In her practice, she undertakes administrative, constitutional, civil and construction law assignments and is called upon to draft legal opinions and procedures and represent clients before various courts.
