Professional informations
Ms. Caroline Reed has been working in the field of business law since 2016 and joined the PFD Lawyers team in April 2022. She works mainly with Me Martin Laurendeau in our corporate law team at our Boisbriand office.
Ms. Reed participates in the incorporation of companies, maintaining the annual update of companies as well as drafting corporate documents related to closing sessions in the context of transactions and corporate reorganizations. She also performs due diligence on companies.
