Samuel is available to help preserve your rights against the errors and excesses of public powers : audits and investigations (AMP, BIG, etc.), administrative matters (permit requests, authorizations, lobbying, etc.), statutory and judicial review.

Civil defense of airports, aerodromes and aeronautic businesses in alleged nuisance cases.

Complex legal opinions on the interpretation of statutes, regulations, by-laws and contracts.
