Mtre Comeau practices in civil and commercial litigation and corporate law. Among others, he represents shareholders in oppression remedies, motions for liquidation and petitions for the forced sale of shares. He also represents businesses and entrepreneurs in collection matters.
Mtre Comeau is fully bilingual and has argued cases in French and English before the Court of Québec, Québec Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Québec. He also coordinates multimillion-dollar international transactions.
Mtre Comeau also drafts business contracts and other corporate documents for clients in French and English.
Mtre Comeau was the acting president of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Saint-Jérôme in 2010-2011 and the acting vice-president of the Chambre de commerce de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts in 2016-2017.
