Mtre. Eloïse Pion joined Prévost Fortin D'Aoust in May 2009. She worked as a paralegal and later as a student as she pursued her university education. In 2013, she earned a law degree from Université de Montréal, graduating on the dean's honour roll in recognition of her academic excellence.
She went on to attend the École du Barreau and articled at the firm. In 2014, she was called to the Bar and began her legal practice.
Eloïse has focused her career on family law (divorce, custody, alimony, property division, etc.), estate litigation (probate and challenge of wills, change of liquidator, etc.), protective supervision litigation (homologation of mandates in case of incapacity, curatorship and tutorship, accounting, etc.) and youth protection law.
She appears before the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Appeal of Québec and the Court of Québec. Wherever possible, she favours settlement negotiations to ensure the quickest and most cost-effective solution for her clients.
Eloïse Pion leads conferences in family law and has published several articles on topics of current interest in the field.
