The Honourable André Rochon, retired justice of the Québec Court of Appeal, joined PFD on September 2, 2014.
In fact, he is returning to his roots, since he practiced law at the firm for two decades. A managing partner at PFD, which was then known as Rochon, Prévost, Auclair et Fortin, André Rochon was appointed to Québec Superior Court in 1994. In 2002, he went on to serve on the Québec Court of Appeal until his retirement in August 2014.
The Honourable André Rochon will act as counsel and joins his colleague André Forget in providing arbitration and mediation services. PFD is proud to share his expertise, knowledge and skills.
