Her practice focuses primarily on family law and youth protection law. Ms. Dupras represents the interests of her clients, both men and women, and advises them in a wide variety of cases, whether related to separation, divorce, child custody, division of joint and patrimonial property or adoption. She is regularly called upon to plead before the various Quebec courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court and the Court of Quebec.

Ms. Dupras believes it is essential to take the time to explain to her clients every stage of their case, whether or not it goes to court, and to explain the options available to them, including the possibility of using an alternative dispute resolution process to resolve a dispute amicably, more quickly and at lower cost. Ms. Dupras is also the author of several articles on current topics in family law.
