Mtre Etienne L. Morin practices as part of the PFD Immobilier group, especially in construction law, the realization of real estate securities, hidden defect cases, commercial litigation and accounts receivable collection.
After working as bailiff for ten years, Mtre Morin earned his law degree from Université de Montréal in 2007. He was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2008 and has been with Prévost Fortin D'Aoust ever since. During his studies, Mtre Morin was selected to represent his university in the Gale Cup Moot Competition, which was held at the Osgoode Hall School of Law (York University) in Toronto.
Since joining the PFD Immobilier team, Mtre Morin has counselled general contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. Mtre Morin's extensive experience as a bailiff has made him an unmatched expert in collections.
Mtre Morin is a member of the board of governors of Centraide Laurentides and an administrators of the Association des gens d'affaires de Blainville (AGAB).
